In 1992 Kaplan and Norton developed the concept of the strategic maps, where they defined the 4 perspectives in which an organization (Financing Company, Customers, Process and Learning) could manage. In 1992, internet in the organizations had not been implanted, nor its success could be foreseen, therefore, 20 years afterwards that perspective must be contemplated in the organizations.

COSMOS positions in value the perspective internet in the integral control board (CMI) of the organizations and it helps to measure the goals to obtain and its degree of fulfillment (KPI – Key Performance Indicators).

COSMOS takes all the areas where internet strikes in the organizations into account and offers the necessary control boards for each of the areas of the Institution, of an integral, homogeneous and coherent form.
